For Heidi Klum, it’s all about timing. During a game of Who’d You Rather back in February of this year, Heidi said she would rather date Drake than another man named in the list. Later on, it was revealed that the Canadian singer reached out to her, but to no avail.
The 45-year-old never responded to him, because he was about a week too late, due to Heidi meeting her new man, Tom Kaulitz, who she is now engaged to. In a conversation with Ellen DeGeneres, the model said that she told Drake she was “so sorry” for not texting him back.
Klum told the host that he “made that face,” and Ellen said, “that’s all he responded? Oh, he’s mad.” According to Klum, Drake was approximately a week too late.
Klum said that she found the love her life around that time, Tom Kaulitz, 29, who is a member of Tokio Hotel. He and Klum announced their engagement on Christmas Eve.
The real question is, will it work? If she and Tom do decide to get married, it’ll be her third time, including her marriage to Ric Pipino from 1997 until 2002 and Seal from 2005 until 2014.

Klum said that despite all of that, she still loves his music very much, and will likely come to a concert of his sometime soon. “You’re cool,” the model said, “I still love your music.
